Terms & Condition

At all airports we include 45 minutes waiting time free after the flight has landed and there after the charge will be 25p per minute.
This means our fares are based on direct trip with passenger being ready to travel at the time of booking and place as specified.
Cancellation not informed up to 12 hours prior to time of booking will incur 100% of the booking price. No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by phone or email and passenger has been issued with the reference number.
There might be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during journey or any other diversion on the way.

Refund Policy
Refund will be issued on the following grounds.
  • Booking on all credit/debit card notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
  • If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining cancellation number.
  • All the cancellations are subject to minimum fee of 6.00 GBP.
  • If our driver doesn't turn up on time to pick up the customer we will be able to fully refund the money without any hesitation.

No refund will be issued for the following.
  • If the passenger books the PHV for the wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing us what so ever.

Cancellation: Cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to your booking.

3D Secure transactions We will only accept Visa and Master card with 3D secure facilities. Once the customer books and pays, they will be redirected to the bank's url where they have to enter the secure PIN for transaction to be successful. This will prevent any third party transaction taking place and only the card holder will be able to successfully book and pay.
